How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number. With the tracking number you are able to follow your order online. To track your order use our order-tracking and login with your order number (as listed in your order confirmation email) and the email address provided during checkout.

 

What do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping within EU & UK on all orders. During checkout the shipping cost will be automatically calculated depending on your location.

Region 1:  EU & UK free shipping on all orders

Region 2: Rest of the world € 15,00

(free shipping from €100,- orders)

 

What are your delivery options?

We use the default Economic Saver delivery option with all courier services we collaborate with. This usually means a delivery between 7-15 working days for European customers, and depending on your location outside the EU, maximum 20 working days. In case you prefer express delivery, please contact us so we can schedule this on your behalf. Keep in mind that express delivery will be charged separately.

 

How do I return an item?

In case you would prefer to return an item please contact us as soon as possible but within 7 days of receiving the item, so we can initiate the return process for you and send you the return label. The return label will be send through email to the mail address provided during the order process. See our Refund & Return policy.

How can I contact your couriers?

As we deliver to customers around the globe, we use several courier services. Therefore our couriers will receive your phone number to contact you in case of delivery related queries or delays. If you are concerned about your delivery, please contact us so we can contact the courier service responsible for your delivery.

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we deliver internationally from our warehouse in Portugal. Delivery within the European Union & UK will be free of charge and free of custom duties. Please be advised that if you are located outside the European Union or UK, shipping cost, custom duties and/or import tax might be applicable. Before placing an order we advise you to consult with your local customs and tax office.

 

What is your return policy?

In the unfortunate situation that you are not happy with your purchase, received your purchase damaged or wrong size/colour, or it is lost during delivery, we provide you with the choice of a replacement product or a full refund. Please contact us in these situations immediately so we can send you the return label and/or initiate redelivery/refund. As soon as the item has arrived at our central office in Portugal, we will send you the replacement product or refund you in full. @ Boutique Zlatushka we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, simple as that.
