Orders and Shipping
All orders will be send through tracked shipping. Depending on your location, delivery will take within EU & UK between 5-7 working days. For all other countries it will take up to maximum 20 working days.

In case you prefer to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify us as soon as possible through mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Besides the new delivery address you also need to provide us your order number as stated in the order confirmation mail. Alternatively for future orders you can change your shipping address under My Account
You can track the status of your order through our order-tracking.
No, your credit card information is send through secure encrypted connection to payment processing company Stripe. We will not see nor store your credit card information.
All prices include 23% Portuguese IVA/VAT tax. No additional tax will be added.

If you received the wrong item, wrong color or size, please notify us as soon as possible through mail so we can resolve the issue and make sure you will receive the correct product as ordered. Each product has a size chart converting EU, UK, US and FR/IT sizes, for your convenience
In the unfortunate situation that your order arrived damaged, we will replace your order in full. Contact us through mail as soon as possible so we can initiate the replacement process.

Yes, as soon as you submitted your order you can still change or cancel it. Either through My-Account or you can notify us through mail. Please keep in mind that once an order is shipped and you have received the tracking number, we are not able to cancel it anymore.
